Social scientists have conducted studies to determine which factors influence divorce rates. One factor is the job or career of each spouse. The jobs with the highest divorce rates are:

2. Bartenders
3. Masseuses
4. Casino Cashiers
5. Extruding Machine Operators
6. Casino Dealers
7. Factory Workers in the Food and Tobacco Industry
8. Telephone Operators
9. Nurses
10. Athletes

Of the 10 professions on the list, over half of them require that the employee either touch customers or serve alcohol to them.
