39% Increase in Cohabitation Agreements Over Past 5 Years

A recent survey of divorce lawyers showed a 39% increase in cohabitation agreements over the past five years. The majority of these contracts were drawn up by heterosexual couples who accounted for 70% of clients seeking cohabitation agreements.
