Wife of Russell Williams Seeks Records Seal for Divorce
The wife of Russell Williams, a former colonel and convicted sex killer, is seeking to have the records of their divorce proceedings sealed from the public.
Mary Elizabeth Harriman is attempting to have the records regarding her divorce proceedings, financial and medical records in an Ottawa court banned from publication for privacy reasons.
Harriman's attorney argued in court that the publication of the records would cause additional emotional distress to her client.
