Actress Marries, 4 Years Since Divorce

Just two days ago actress/film producer Reese Witherspoon celebrated her marriage with now-husband Jim Toth, a head motion picture talent agent at an entertainment and sports agency in Los Angeles.

The couple celebrated their marriage at Witherspoon's estate in Ojai, California.

Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillipe, for a total of ten years until they divorced in 2007. The divorce involved many complex matters, as most divorces do, such as the custody of their children, a lack of a  prenuptial agreement which resulted in the  equitable distribution dividing their assets between the two spouses, resolutions regarding spousal support, and other standard issues for divorce.

Whenever any person is involved in a divorce it can be a frightening, disconcerting and stressful experience. he best step that you can take is to consult a skilled Raleigh divorce attorney to help you settle the terms of your divorce as amicably as possible, or to fight aggressively on your behalf to protect your rights.
