Fathers' Rights Movement Great Asset for Dads

There is a new movement in America and it is targeting dads across the country.

The fathers' rights movement has both male and female supporters, and it is growing day by day. Most of the supporters are fathers themselves who have or are in the process of fighting for custody of their children.

Traditionally, the court system prefers to grant partial or full custody of children to their mothers. This new movement hopes to change these antiquated attitudes to help fathers spend more time with their children.

While it is mainly described as a social movement, some have even gone so far to say that the fathers' rights movement is a civil rights movement as well. Even though the movement is centralized in the United States, it is receiving international press as well, as fathers around the world are speaking out about the oftentimes unfair child custody practices that are enforced by the legal system.

Anytime you feel that your fathers' rights have been compromised during your North Carolina custody or child support case, contact our law firm to receive help from a Raleigh family lawyer.
