John Mellencamp to Divorce Wife
John Mellencamp, who is best know for his classic rock and roll songs, has filed for divorce from his wife, Elaine Irwin. Irwin, a former model, and Mellencamp have been married for 18 years. They have a binding
prenuptial agreement and the pair has also worked out a
child custody agreement. They have two children together, ages 15 and 16. Mellencamp, who is 59, has been separated since last fall, and is also reported to be dating actress Meg Ryan.
