Michael C. Hall, 'Dexter' Star, Files for Divorce
Actor Michael C. Hall, best known for his role as the moral and methodic serial killer, 'Dexter,' and his wife have decided to file for divorce. His wife, actor Jennifer Carpenter, is also on the show. She plays his sister.
They met on the set of their show and were married about two years ago. Given that they both work in Hollywood and that they met after they were both successful, it is likely that they had a prenuptial agreement in place. According to reports, filing for divorce is not a sudden decision and they have been separated for some time. They do not have any children together, and they will continue playing siblings on the show.
Hall has famously battled cancer during his time playing 'Dexter.' He is now in remission from Hodgkin's Lymphoma, which is one of the mots curable types of cancer. He has been nominated for two SAG awards as well as a Golden Globe.
